Dark Elves Accent
So being that the Dark Elves are logistically located in Canada (Army Book Page 34), would it be reasonably safe to say they speak with Canadian accents?
Maybe. I always thought it be cool to give beastmasters a souther drawl.
In any case, it might be the case, or maybe with the shades at least.
That or t hey have a Greek or Italian accent (their culture screams Ancient Sparta and Rome with how they treat slaves, and their dedication to war and conquest).

Who needs sanity? I have a Hydra
I also rememberer reading somewhere, either here or Wikipedia, or the hammer wiki, that drhur, the DE language, is much harsher, sharper sounding then the high elf one. Also reading the high language page on hammer wiki, they tend to be more abstract in their words so a direct approach works well for the DE. After all, they are warriors first and foremost. A direct approach would be necessary.

I really don't think GW has thought about it, nor should they. Just give them the accent you feel fits best. In my head they sound Russian though for no very good reason.
Moding a group of Druchii.net players is much like directing the musical 'Cats' using actual cats. Frustrating, difficult, chaotic but ultimatley satisfying and a great deal of fun.
