Which two points does the Inner Sea enter the regular seas?

Basically I want to know where Dark Elves enter and exit their private underground sea from.

Previous DEAB, p.40, has more information than current AB, p.13.
Underground sea links Chaos sea (North West of Ulthuan) below Black Spine Mountains to West shores (Boiling Sea).
Looking at the map, that would be a nearly East-West maze just South of Clar Karond, underneath the Anvil of Vaul, with a Western exist slightly more South than the Eastern one.
Frow the West, there is a maze of open air archipelago past of which the road to Nippon and Cathay is open.
I found no mention of access towards the Treacheous Sea and all major DE cities.
