Dark Eldar (40K) Hellions #1 and #2 work great. You can cut both hellglaive blades off and substitute a plastic axe head for a great weapon or cut off the right arm at the elbow and add the Dark Eldar Lord power fist as the Gauntlet of Power. The armor they're wearing easily passes for any magic armor you want it to represent. If a female lord/noble is more to your liking, use Hellion #3. But I'd do a "head swap" on her because of the "40K breather mask" she's wearing. A final option is using the upper torso of a cold one knight champion and the legs (from waist down) of any hellion. Just add Dark Eldar Lord power fist as Gauntlet of Power or weapon of choice for right arm.
