dark riders

has anyone succesfuly poitioned the spears pointing don? i tried to do it and it looks kinda wierd.
also are the horses you get with the marauder horsemen different to the dark rider ones, they seem to look better.

I agree, the marauder horsemen horses look a lot better, our elven horses seem to have ridiculous grins on their faces.
Elven horses do look stupid . . .

I agree that elven stteds look horrible. Their heads have a cartoonish look that reminds me of the old-style orcs. Also, the horse are HUGE!!! Compare them in size to the cold-ones. They look completely out of scale next to each other.
I want to put my Dark Riders on regular horses, the kind that marauders horsemen or Empire pistoliers ride. Anyone know if they fit well together?

not sure, but when you do put them on the normal steeds then they will look much slower, as all elven stuff is supposed to be agile, the normal horses may look better but just dont do this

I have found the steeds radar nice looking. I agree about the grin tow... I don't think the ordinary horses fit in the eleven look... I have some marauder horses lying around and I have compared them to each outer... I think the steeds is better looking as fare as eleven-steeds goes but they could have modeld them better....

heh now that you say it the steeds are way to big
but DRs are the best unit so i guess they´ll keep their giant horsies
