Having trouble figuring out how post links/pics here. I've never tried before but just got a new camera and the pixel size is too large to post directly. Any help in either compressing the images or how to post links (from imageshack) would be appreciated.

use tags. Just place the url to photobucket picture between the img tags and you're good to go. Photobucket actually provides you with code to paste on internet fora so they make it easy.

There are many programs that could bust down the pixel size of your images. Photoshop and Flash are pretty damned good for that, but there are many others, inculding free downloadable ones. Get thee to the Googlery.

www.picresize.com is nice and easy way to resize your pictures.

You can use http://resizemyimg.com for image resizing, it's better.
