Re: Kekenda's dark elves
Nice use of the wolves. Any fluff behind them or just because it looks good?

Really nice
I'm doing Wolfy Warlocks too ...but with a different twist on riders.

Re: Kekenda's dark elves
Wow - awesome timing! So, I've just come home from GW looking at every damn wolf in the store to see if I can find something to mount chopped up Witch Elves on for my Warlocks (see my last rambling comment in http://druchii.net/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=75665&start=25 if you're worried I'm making it up!).
After a long, long search it looked like the http://www.games-workshop.com/en-DK/Space-Wolves-Fenrisian-Wolf-Pack were the nicest looking for the purpose, but I was really worried they'd be too small to take DE riders. Are these the one's you're using? The full Thunder Wolf things looked too expensive, with too much "cyber" going on.
Impressed with your green stuff work there - looks like a major reconstruction. I'd love to know which legs you're using, even if they don't look quite feminine enough for my plans.
Thanks! Really looking forward to seeing these evolve!

Re: Kekenda's dark elves
It seems to be glade rider legs, but of course I could be wrong.
Great conversion (the wolves look ace) and very impressive greenstuff skill. I can't wait to see them painted.

Yup,these are fenrisian wolves(go and get them,as you see they won't be too small)
and those are legs from glade riders.

Those look pretty ferocious! I like how the bases pull everything together.

Re: Kekenda's dark elves
Awesome - definitely liking the darker wolves - it kind of ties them together much better and smooths out the differences in height/pose very well. Fantastic unit!

Re: Kekenda's dark elves
Too bad those awesome wolves still have to use horse stats for fighting. It almost seems unfair. But the unit looks top notch. Very nice work.

Warlocks on wolves! Great idea and nicely painted, seems a better plan than horses

Re: Kekenda's chosen ones
These are my old Harpies I sold, I am doing the same conversion but I diden't achieved the dark and cold look I was going for and my army scheme is diferent now so I am thinking a lot about colors for them. Is white skin and red armor/cloth ok, any other advice?
