very first models built, primed and base coated

Post by Lord Foster »

My first to boxes of troops and a sorceress. Just started on the Darkshards (built from older figures) and not sure where to go with the sorceress im thinking red or a dark green for her skirt. The witch elves im on to shading which I've never done before itll be a learning experience

That looks like a promising start. The shading will indeed help a lot, I think. Did you already apply shading on the sorceress? Her model seems to have a lot of definition for being a simple basecoat.

Anyhow, it looks like a stylish theme. Good work :)

Looking Good and welcome to the forum.

It's amazing what a quick base coat and a wash can do on your models. in most cases for your core that's probably all you need to get them painted and on the table.

I look forward to seeing the army progress - why don't you join our invasion painting challenge http://www.druchii.net/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=76269
