These are some seriously beautiful models, very exciting to see them evolve over time. It will be good to see how they translate to metal/resin when they finally come out.
I think this company is beating GW in the fantasy stakes at the moment they just need a game to hinge their creations to! .... Perhaps 9th?

All their Dark Elf units will be playable as Dread Elf units. I already asked, T9A will be happy to be mentioned as a game which can be played with these models. There should be a link from Raging Heroes' site to T9A and reversely.
Now, they have also some models which do not translate directly to any army book.
The 9th Age policy is that if two manufacturers propose a similar unit, that unit should be made playable (disclaimer: they do not specify after how long). If only one sells a specific model, that unit should be discarded.
So, to make the remaining Raging Heroes units playable, there might be a solution if KillerK's company proposes alternatives for the same units.

Hm. I'm actually slightly disappointed in those female alt-black-guard. They look more like 40K dark eldar incubi than fantasy dark elves, IMO. I think it's the helmets mainly, but the lack of hauberks/robes hurts too. I don't really want all-female units that look completely different from the GW standard, I want females I can mix in with my existing GW units. And I'm not keen on the high heels for these particular models - I think they look OK on nimble/acrobatic troops like witch elves and non-melee-combatants like sorceresses, but for heavy infantry in full plate it looks silly.
What I'd ideally like to see is conversion parts compatible with the GW plastic kits - basically just female-looking heads and breastplates. But I realise there'd probably be legal issues with marketing such things.

Three words:
Awe

Some
There is just so much dark elven badassery on display here and the fun thing is, there's more to come in the coming weeks.....
These awesome figures will pull me back into the cold embrace of the dark elves (and this awesome hobby, which I've been somewhat away from for a while...)
Lovin' it!

Another update. This time Sword elves based on the same bodies as the spears. Should be a crossbow weapon load out too to follow.

Yep, the awesome just keeps coming. I am purposefully not going back to last year's concept art to remind myself of what's yet to come...so I can enjoy each of these updates a bit more as they come....

The newer models keep coming closer to my style, so I may have no choice but to buy some ... at some point in time
I have a friend who bought some vestals many years ago. Has anyone had any recent models in their hands? What's the quality of the model like? 3D renders are nice, but I'd love to see some reviews and pictures of the actual models.

@Daeron. I have had a number of models from Raging heroes and the quality is very good. Only issues I have had is that the models need a good scrub first as the release chemical they use seems to be more oily than other companies.

The freebie models for the kickstarter.
Good example of the standard of the finished models.

I like some of the dynamic movements of some of the crossbow armed elves; like they are dashing to the kill.
The worm riders are interesting concept, and I can see them being used for a Chaos Lord on a Chaos steed of slannesh.
This said, is it just me or is the one on the right of the first Worm rider picture look like she is enjoying herself a little too much?

Woah - those witch elves are sublime
When do they actually start releasing these to the public - for those who did not participate in the kick starter, some of these would make a great expansion to my Drow army.

They are opening the pledge manager next week apparently with the first shipments to kickstarter participants in the next month. I believe they said autumn (Oct/Nov) for public release.

Yes they look beautiful - the only thing I don't like is the size of their ears.
I really think these guys are going to give GW a run for their money with the quality of mini's they are bringing out - they just need to hook them to a game..... 9th perhaps

Not to thrilled with the tits coming out of the bikini top (leave it off, show the rest of it if you want to show the fun bits) but I have greenstuff and paint for that. After looking at this for a while, I am not warming up to the combat stilettos. It may make more sense with what we WILL use for dark riders (what high heels we made for originally, and still used for in American Western ware with the iconic cowboy boots). But still, no.
I think these deal wielding beaerkers 3 posts up look better then the blood vestals already made by this company, and those are already rock solid.
And the flesh eaters are terrifying. Perfect.

Very nice stuff. Where GW gave their horses rabbit teeth, these get absurdly long necks. I guess getting the horses right is a challenge
But they still look great. I like how some of the sculpts do encircle the breasts and the neck. It kind of leaves it up to the painter to paint the exposed area as naked or clothed. Either will fit... That's a nice liberty to have.
