Too bad i have no interest in the altar or wyche elves or their gladiatrix sisters. So that was a pass from me, there were too many other beautiful models to get.

The altar is just over the top amazing....it's the kind of thing you could spend a year painting.

Have a look at all the amazing stuff they have packed into it...like the slaves pulling and pushing it....its just a thing of beauty.

But both price and size is a bit too much for me for a gaming piece. I nearly decided to scale down from the Plastic Cauldron from GW, already an hassle to store and transport.

But it's certainly one of the most impressive and complex model I've seen, there's so much going on! You really get your money worth out of that model!

As long as the ourside decorations don't breakapart everything they touch a stiff breaze, I'll take this over GW any day. Its amazing. Seriously, this should have been our official couldon.


Still going to wait for the next kickstarter when they GIVE US FRICKEN CORSAIRS! Its not like they are afraid to have girls in skimpy pirate outfits hellbent for dragon hide leather.

The one thing I don't really like about it is that the wheels are solid instead of spoked. It detracts from the elegance a bit... Otherwise, this is stupidly good.

Since i have some Juan Diaz Daemonettes from ages ago, i might have a small skirmish force for Slaanesh, too...

Honestly, the one thing missing from this KS (besides a hydra) is mounted sisters characters. I know they've got one on their normal storefront, but still...

(Yeah, the sisters are a little light on bulk outside the knights. But we're planning on the angels counting as pegasus knights, and likely using the Daughters of the orphanage as the front of a peasant crusaders mob, filled in with GW plastic men at arms and perhaps the blade maidens since they have no other particular use, and we have 8 plastic GW knights too for rounding out the cavalry end of an Equitaine force. And the regulars can be scouting hedge knights, at which point 10 isn't a terrible number).

First part of my order is now shipped.
I think I will start an unboxing thread when they arrive.
If someone gets theirs first please go ahead and start one.

I would imagine early next year based on how the first kickstarter went. Can't remember seeing any specific dates though.

Could somebody please list what we can expect to come to retail from RH. I never entered their KS, and so don't know what's in the pipeline.

If anybody has received some of their goodies I'd love to see and / or hear what you think of them. For example, how's the detail, scale, and casting quality?

I planned to pick up one of their new DE or VE offer bundles, but Mierce have a buy 1 get 1 special on and that's too good to miss

Seriously that thing is huge!!!! It would need the will of the gods just to roll across the table top.

It is a beautiful sculpt but impractical IMO.

For sure, that Altar is just a display piece. I reckon it would take me years to paint, unfortunately. Doesn't mean I won't treat myself one day .
