Epic fail for me this month with no models painted

I did paint some doors! Hopefully will get some new motivation this month.

I failed to deliver on time (hey, you are used to it by now )

But! As always I could not stay to one unit. I finished the peasants as shown below and in my blog. But I know we love WIPs in this place and included the knights I have been working on.

The knights are my April pledge : )

I have dropped the ball the past month or so, but managed to knock this one out fairly quickly the other day. Hopefully I can get back onto task and work on some more soon.

@cult I'd love to see that model in a unit. I think the large staff will work well to say "character".

My April pledge . Nine Knights of the Quest. Rather proud I made as many as nine, although I am still lacking a good heraldic (simple) symbol to adorn the horses, tabards, etc. I will just paint more guys in the meantime. I want to add shields as equipment on the horses, but these will wait until aforementioned symbol is done.

My only comment looking at your army wide shot - have you thought about continuing your base flocking/terrain further onto the tops of your movement trays? I think this would improve the look of the whole army heaps - just a thought!

Either that of paint them a dark brown colour.

Colouring the trays is something I have thought of, but playing six armies with 3-4 different basing themes has stalled me. I actually don't own a tray for the Knight's 3-wide units yet either. So until I buy more trays or am asked for some occasion to paint them, I will wait.

But I agree, basing them would complete it further! And thanks for appreciating extra pics

Sadly I've failed to paint anything of note since August

I WAS going to paint up 15 Dark riders to finish the year, ive just had a large commission turn up so i reckon it'll be more like 5... but ill get something DELF completed to see the year out!
