Psychic Powers Question

Hey guys, I was wondering if you're allowed to cast psychic powers while inside a transport vehicle? Didn't see any restrictions in the rulebook but I could've missed something.

If it's open topped, and a shooting psychic power he may use one yes, per the shooting rules. Any other isn't covered in the rulebook, tapping into the warp means you're probably not fully aware of things around you or you can. Nothing clear.

If you are in a vehicle you can use any psychic power that doesn't require line of sight, i.e. you can fortune your wave serpent using a farseer inside it. (one of my favourite tactics... just watch those lascannons glance off my wave serpent like raindrops :mrgreen:) This has been covered in an FaQ that you can find on the GW website. I suggest you check the GW website for answers for your rules questions as well.
