Very original idea.... but, as other people stated, hydra looks like hiding behind a rock.... it would be more imposing if she (?) climbs the rock and roar at enemies! :D

I do really like it. Your changes added greatly to the model, it helps overall bodyshape of the model. I was also surprised, how well the rock turned out. Looks quite realistic. Congratulations!

Actually, where did you get the stone solo, as GW isn't doing bitz-order anymore?

I'll second that.

I have actually worked with the exact same idea, but found out that it proved too hard to execute, at least for the time being - whether I'm lacking skill or time or both ... anyway ... hope your project turns out great!
