OK on to the harpies, Hope you like it. First step simular to the cold ones.
I made sure to make sure they "ranked up" bye altering the angle in wich they stand on the base, and I will probably sculpt left boobs on them as one boobs just irritate me.
Next step is complete, thin flaps of green stuff over the wire, and arm muscles sculpted into that, plus the left breasts sculpted, now let it dry to finish off the details of hte wings.
OK after I let them dry over night, (only takes a few hours) I cut out the shape I wanted following my wire skeleton, and breathed a little life so to speak into them bye bending the wings into the postions I wanted, adding a little character to them. Since green stuff is flexable when it dries and I used a flexible stell wire skeletion I can make any pose with them I want, but for initially making them its easier to do them flat Like I did at first. Next I will go in with green stuff and tidy up a few things and blend the wires into the wings and add the tips of the horns from deamonette claws.
and there done. I also clipped there tails off.

great idea on the rocks, I may do that on the next 5 I convert, and mix an match them so some on high rocks others not, my base theme is a rocky snowy coast line so that would match up pretty good.
On the tails, I wanted these to look not like deamonetts and the tails seemed a bit to wild, and I dont think I have seen tails on other harpys so I would deffinantly chop them off. I also wanted to make them look more female so sculpting the left breast and the tails seemed to give them a better overall appearance and distanced them more from the deamonette look. Thanks for the replay and I hope your conversion goes well.
