Thanks guys; the feeling is mutual.
Demands of work and life meant that I just had to get out of the habit of D.net browsing to keep everything afloat. New country, two new jobs, having to build a new social life ....haven't even got round to learning the new language I really need to!!! Internet time goes on keeping up with family and friends from home.
Things in the Hinterland of Kuresh (Thailand) are good. Managed to get to within 25ft of Kim Taeyeon:
But the security kept me from getting marriageably close
Tbh the whole of SNSD did not seem to be that into me.
But I tried
Otherwise I'm still a Dark Elf obsessive as always, and miss the D.net team and community.
Have been slowly working on the project I started last year, due to go live around the time of the new Total War game. It might not "work", but I figured I'd just put it out there and see what happens. Good to see that there are already a few enthusiastic projects like "The 9th Age" up and running
I wont be able to be as active as I used to be, but I hope to pop in more frequently than over the last 9 months...

My wife and daughter keep telling me to get on and learn the language too.
Then just laugh at my pronucation. Not an easy language to learn. But as our plan is still to move out there once schoolling is finished here I should probably get a move on.

Yep, language is difficult -- especially the tones! I can get away with not speaking it (hence the laziness) but figure I should make the effort to better fit in.
