I would remove the BG and an hydra, and put a BSB death hag in maybe 15 executionners, protected by harpies. It would be fluffy, but it may lose effectiveness.
BG rock, are awesome minis (as are executionners), you don't have to be exactly fluffy.

In my mind, it 'd be better to put the assassins in the executionners. I like the idea but would switch the repeater bolt throwers and 2 units of crossbowmen by an hydra and 2 units of dark riders. You need to be a bit faster

For me, it goes in executionners: they are too beautiful and awsome not to be in my army, and need his support.
I can also put in in spearelves sometimes. Never in BG, because they don't need it, nor in furies because I play them by 10 with musician, and hag (140 pts with witchbrew or manbane).

-the Null chard

-the sorceress'dark steed

I ADDED
-rbx on the cheapest unit of dark riders
-pendent ok Kaeleth on the sorceress
-5 executionners
-5 black guards

I've come to think that one should not use more than 12 (maybe with musician and hag).
