I am thinking you will need to cut one banner of murder, and you are probably better off minus one sorceress if you want to optimise your magic phase. That might give you space to get some harpies or dark riders to give you some more versatility and then i would think it starts to take shape.

I would question muso in BG, full command on cold ones unless you are going to equip them with something. Probably want to squeeze in at least one dispell scroll to keep yourself safe from game breaking spells somewhere out there too. But other than that the cheese seems suitably toasty.
