7x3 all the way. Black Guard are stubborn and ItP, so they don't need ranks. Also, since the most you could possibly have is 4, which you lose with 1 death, most heavily ranked units will still have stubborn against you. Better to get more attacks for more killy death.

I've found a unit of 28 Executioners deployed 7x4 with Full Command and the Banner of Eternal Flame to be extremely useful. Definitely drop the ASF BSB and gifts on the Cauldron. I'd probably either resort to just running a Hydra, or perhaps a Hydra + 1 RBT. The problem is I really don't think a single RBT will add much to my game plan, so I'll probably end up leaving them out altogether and adding in another Sorceress to make up the difference or some such.

Banner of Murder seems a bit overkill for a S6 unit at least to me. I'd go with the plain old trusty War Banner.

The Level 4 has the Staff and a Focus Familiar And this would be illegal. You can't have 2 Arcane Items (except dispel scrolls and power stones of course).
