they took away most of the unique magic items in all the other new army books I think that runic items will end up taking a big hit. As far as not working in the game, I think dwarfs, if played well are a very good army

I dont want a new dwarf codex I'm very happy with the one they have now. I also think they will lose all the extra dispel dice they get and will see major changes in the runic items rules. Here's to hoping they don't get around to Dwarves for a long time.

Yes I was asking about charges the anvil allows other units to make in the shooting phase. Thanks I also believe that it is correct for the 2d6 plus movement.

A dirty high elf trick is to put a bsb with the banner that makes the unit immune to magic and shoot purple sun out from the caster in the 2nd rank, as a vortex it can even be cast when your in combat.

the only restriction on getting out of a transport moving flat out that I can find is in there own movement phase so if it's destroyed in my shooting phase I think it's just a pinning test.

Am I reading this right? A skimmer that moves flat out gets a 4+ cover save when shot at in the next players turn, if it is immobilised it is destroyed as it is moving to fast to land, but it's passengers get out unharmed. non-comped at ardboyz this year I believe only one de army finished in the top 3 in any of the three finals with deamons winning two for sure and possibly the third with skaven making a very strong showing

I looked in the book poison states "natural rolls of 6" killing blow just states rolls a six but I agree it should be played as a natural roll of six and I don't think a case can be made for a 1/3 chance of killing blow, The only argument that could be made was killing blow happens on a 5+...

poisoned attacks say a natural dice roll of six so +1 to wound wouldn't effect it as far as killing blow is concerned a roll of six would therefore become 7 and it states for killing blow a roll of 6 not 6+ but you would still only get killing blow 1/6th of the time any discussion should be to clari...

if your new you dont want to drop the hydra move the hydra up and flame him will cause more wounds on his elites than handbows, the handbows work okay but are much more difficult to use.
