The webs in those photos look just like party/costume webbing you get for Halloween decorations.
Visit a costume shops, ebay or even the pound shop around Halloween.

I use thicker cardboard or balsa wood.
Cut and glue on a thin boarder, sand & grass outer bits and paint to match my model's bases
