Well, I don't use infantry armies a lot, so I don't have a lot of experience with them. However, it seems against a dwarven army you'll have a lot of field to cross under some whithering firepower. Also, you don't seem to have a rock-solid unit in my opinion. When I play against dwarv3es, I like to ...

SOunds to me more that he was "tweaking" the rules to see what he could get away with. I'd keep an eye on this particular opponent. Cannonballs don't generally ping off of corsairs to head off in other directions.

I don't have anything supported by the rules, so I'm not sure how much weight you will put behind my answer, but: I would count the models behind the h2h model as being able to strike those models in base to base with the front line model. For instance: 3abcd 2abcd 1abcd wxyz all a's could hit w's, ...

There shouldn't be a roll-off. The spell supercedes the rules of the character. Thats like saying a character gets an Armour save if the armour is said to be on him even if a spell says he doesn't get one.

No wonder the opponent bought you a beer. He was probably snickering the night away at his skaven treachery. "Ah ha! Irresistable force! You can not resist this!" <Throws some sulfer in the air to make his magic look more potent>

During the SoC campaign, Xaniphera was one of my RP persona. She moved on into the Druchii civil war, and is still out there causing mischief in her own way. I tried to come up with a quote that would portray her thoughts accurately, being a priestess within the COP and all.

My worst moment was playing against VC with Ogres. I had a tooled up Tyrant with 9 Str charge a black coach. Failed to make even a single wound. He outnumbered me, and rode my General into the ground.

P.S. He didn't even have to make a ward save.....

Well, he probably kills more than sparrows. Bugs and vermin come to mind. Speaking of which, can we get an "exterminator" for Warhammer? I know some poor sports and such that I wouldn't mind exterminated <grin>. Preferred weapon being a Draich of course.

Except that you could never use it against Lord Croak. He'll never be in b2b with the suicidal witch... Unless you happen to be charging other peoples' mages with yours, it doesn't have a reasonable chance of success. Why not invest in a Lifedrinker instead.

Well, I'll add my own kudos to the pile. It seems you've been very busy and dedicated. I went to far as to call some friends on the phone and direct them here to gaze at your army.

May you reap the benifits of the hard work you've done, Kala.

I like the story line. Please take the following as constructive criticism. You need to watch between single and plural tense. For instance: "enemies which had dared draw sword at him was being whipped an tortured" should be "enemies which had dared draw sword at him were being whipped and tortured"...

Yes, it was tetris. Thats why they were mimicking the falling blocks. If you watch, I think they do every type of block. The square, the L, the T, and the line.

I believe that the white ground makes too many shades of white and black. It makes the red stand out, but draws away from the overall effect. If you are painting the bases a different color, then I think it will look better. I think you did a good job of using red and green without making it look "c...

Well, I agree with the vectoring approach. However, I would think you would actually move the unit the distance it flees, then measure from the charging units to see if they reach the fleeing unit. @KidA I don't think you would just add the amount from the flee distance persay. After all, it wouldn'...

From the way I read it, it sound more like a regimental city list. I see executioners being more available in cities than shades, so I voted thus.
