I don't know much about your army's composition, but I do know much about the wargear on your Inq Lord. His Blessed Weapon is a big no-no on an Inq. For one: BW's are only for Adepta Sororitas Heroines (marked with a 3). Secondly, you be better to give him a ranged weapon or just keep the Scourging....

This one is pretty good. I found it on the Bolter and Chainsword, and generally those guys have it right.

I haven't done so, but I wouldn't either. Imperial Guardsmen are pretty fragile when it comes to CC. In my best experience is for the better to keep them hidden for their LD, or beef them up from Ranged combat. Especially with Heavy Bolter Support squads. If you are using your Rhino to what they are made for (APC's) then you should not buy them a whole lot equipment. Anyways, Malekith in a chariot seems stylish to me. Like a king would befit cruising around the battlefield. But I'd rather have a king on a dragon with a better model. The dragon is fine, but Malekit himself sucks as a model. In my humble opinion of course.
