You didn't cheat because Hydas and RBTs are special (50% allowance) not Rare choices.

I think you should swap the Cloak and Amulet around. The CoT is perfect for a character that needs protection while zipping about the board, useful too for that 1st round of CC too, where as the Amulet is more useful to your fighty Master. Adjust their other equipment accordingly.
