Hi.
For the first time in ages it happened to me yesterday that a stegadon got killed but the skink priest riding him survived the battle. I know that back in ye olden days that would mean that i scored points for the stegadon, but not for the skink. however, i could not find any indication to this in the rulebook. Has this rule change in 8th, or have i just not looked hard enough?

It is the first question on page 10 of the FAQ for the CRB. It makes sense from the perspective of VPs only being granted for wiping out an entire unit. However, I have found this to be very little solace when I am trying to kill a screaming bell after having wiped out the grey seer and his entire unit !
