Quick Question about the cauldron of blood

Hi quick question about the cauldron of blood. Can it give its blessing to non-khainite units? coldone knights and corsairs being my primary target. i know they can target hydras but im not sure about coldones and corsairs.

Anything that has the Dark Elf Rule.

So cold one Knights yes cold ones no.

Harpies no.

Interestingly both the Hydra and handlers can benefit from the Cauldron (because the Hydra has the Dark Elf rule)

This also starts the fight often of that benefit of Khainites in unit giving the non Khainite stubborn for having the BSB there. I'd say yep to that too

although purely RAW it would be no, as a mixed unit with a khainite model is not a khainite unit and a model in a unit is not a unit in and of itself, again though thats purely RAW, not RAI
