Do Warlocks gain access to the lore attribute of the spell they cast? The BRB is vague about whether or not it is the caster who gets the attribute when they select a lore, or the spell itself that triggers it.
So do they or don't they?
EDIT: I failed to realize that it only pertains to Doombolt. Soulblight doesn't cause wounds, so it can't trigger the Death attribute.

I have to agree with Dalamar, but just keep your book with you in case your opponent decided to debate you.

There is no indication that they do either.
This one begs for an FAQ.

Re: Lore Attributes for Warlocks?
No it doesn't, it begs for a rulebook read:
Lore Attributes:
"[...]A lore attribute might give certain spells an extra effect against a particular troop type, or alter the way a spell behaves. Regardless of the detail, a lore attribute only has an effect on spells from its own lore."
So clearly attributes are tied to the spells themselves and it doesn't matter who casts them (bound spells get their appropriate lore attribute as well after all)

Now, now, no need to get cranky. If you can't control your blood pressure when it comes to rules questions, you need to post less.
I forgot about bound spells. That's the answer I needed for when it comes up. EDIT: And it will come up. I'll bet you. No, really, I will bet you.
