2500 pts vs. Empire

Hey Guys,

i need some advice. This week i gonna play against the Empire. And i not only want to beat him i want to hurt him. I don´t know the exact List of the Empire but for sure there will be a steam tank, 2 Cannons, 1 Hellfire an 3 Units of heavy Cavallery.

My List:

Shild

1 Death Hag

Rune of Khaine

1 Deathhag with CB

1 Sorceres
Equipment not sure

10 Warriors

2x5 DR

14 Execs

13 BG with Ring of Hotek and ASF

5 CoK with Slaughter

5 Cok with Warbanner

2 RS

1 hydra

1 Assassin with rending Star and Manbane

I want to hit the Steamtank with the rending stars an get him with the Dreadlod until one hard hitting Unit like Exec or Cok are in range. Any Ideas and oppinions

unless your going to use your lord to take out his warmachines and shooting units you've got nothing else to do that with. I would personally use the DL to deal with either the Knights (which this build rocks at) or as you said, the STank.

For the sorc, just give her 2x DS and a null tali to one unit of CoK

Of course, he can't use that shield. The Death Hag BSB is joining Execs?

Oh your right he can´t use the Shild.

To Put the hag into the Execs is a interresting idea. i gonna think about it. I planned to put the hag into the bg like allway. But vs the empire its a nice idea to put her into the execs.
If i do so i gonna change one exec against one bg.

He's empire, he'd going to bring at least 1 probably 2 great cannons. You really want to leave your lord flying around alone? Pendant might save him but not the peggy and general CR can have your DL running.

Right he will play 2 Cannons. But i know him realy good. He never Shoot on a single charakter. My black guard an hydra will take all shots.
