On the "Charge can't be intercepted part" - I always thought this was what the "Leap" skill is for - charging over models which would otherwise simply intercept the charger.

Damn, I so would like to see a Witch Elf LGT hero with the Fury of Khaine and Leap skill. *nag*

When I think about it the Combat movement is not that bad. What could we replace for it?

The idea was to add it as a 6th special skill, as we only have 5 now.
