Sons of Yeurl

I started my very first mordheim campaign recently other players playing skaven, witch hunters and undead.

Played three games monday against skaven one silly loss (2 corsairs OOA, failed rout...) and 2 wins mainly becouse the skaven routed as soon as they reached an advantage and getting away with the spoils...
current warband after three games looks like this..

Vraneth the Harsh - Noble
m5 ws5 bs5 s3 t4 w1 i6 a1 ld9

crossbow pistol, sword and dagger, dark venom
light armor, helmet, seadragon cloak

Zchrevon - Lordling
m5 ws5 bs4 s3 t3 w1 i6 a1 ld8

Sword + Darksteel Axe
Light Armor, Helmet

Strike to Injure

Slave Makers - 3 Corsairs
m5 ws5 bs3 s3 t3 w1 i5 a1 ld8

Sword + Axe

Shadow Hunters - 3 shades
m5 ws3 bs4 s3 t3 w1 i6 a1 ld 8

Repeater Xbow, Dagger

So As you can see i'm playing equipment freak here as it is in my opinion the only way to give DE the edge in early games (this list is as it is after one loss and 2 wins, all against skaven) its also crucial to stick to your cover t avoid being shot to bits with all those s3 missile weapons around... I plan on going for another lordling next game as I realy need those exploration dice...
DE warband mainly lacks fodder IMHO, dogs need to change...

Ill write some decent reports later on..

Nice and Easy might not always do the trick, but at least it doesn't end up splattered against some wall.

Thanks for information. Which rules do you use? Those of Herald?
