Dark elves 2400 pts. The one?

Greetings.

This past week I have made list after list and it has nearly driven me crazy.
The Dark elf book has sooo many good (and cool) options. Yet none of the
list has felt right. But as I calculated the last points on this list I thought to
myself -Hmmm. Thats it!

So could this list be my "The one"? I play mostly with friends and would like
this list to be an all comers list. Here goes:

I prefer the gleaming pennant for the cold ones for when they get away from the BSB and fail stupid.. And swiftness on witches.

I can see the BSB is on a cold one, so i guess he will run with the knights.
