Nice, curious to see what you come up with, I picked up a second hand copy of storm of magic for the cult list, curious to see if ET produces an updated version.

Still deciding colours but the first on the table will be my Daemon princess, Warpfire dragon lord conversion and two Preyton (Pegasus) master conversions.
Then there will be some proper Diaz metal Daemonettes and mounted daemonettes to follow.

Saw your DP, but now can't find the thread again! Still - she looks like an epic centre piece.

Wow, she looks epic even on that photo! What model is she? also, I can't wait to see her painted in all her glory.

Looking forward to this. I did a cult army back in the day using the same daemonettes. I think they were nicer than the current plastics.

Good luck.

Thanks, lovely models there. It' a pity they aren't in the normal scale, but I suppose for avatars and such they are perfect. Anyway, looking forward to see what you do with the DP? :)

So, today I have mostly been sorting through all my boxes of models.

This is my starting point for Elven related models.

Image

Scary to find a whole 1500 pts Wood elf army from the early 90s unpainted with list in one of my storage container's, so will use them later on in the project.

Yet more boxes unexplored but marked OnG and 40k, so they will wait for a later date.

I will start putting together the first models during the week. Going to go for the big heroes first. Hopefully will update throughout the week.

Got some new Vallejo paints as well to use as the base colour scheme.

...and we're in business

Warpfire is an awesome choice for a Druchii Dragon.

What model did you use for the Lord? Is it the Dreadlord/Master from the recent metal Dark Steed individual blister?

Oh good lord - that is epic! Love the dual wielding with the explosion of wings horns, etc. Just looks unstoppable.

This seems to be the perfect chaos dragon. Looking great and I can't wait to see it fully painted.

So another productive (ish) evening in front of the snooker.

Got a couple of pegasus ( Preytons) built, minus the stag horns at the moment. Was a bit of a hassle finding the right legs to use for the riders due to the positioning of the model. Thankfully I found two of the pairs of legs in the new wild rider set that fit flush and square to the body. One of the joys of having an extensive bitzbox :) Seems one set of legs has slipped in the picture has they are not glued on.

Will start on the rider bodies tomorrow, currently thinking Wild rider heads and flowing locks, SDC from the chariot set. Body from either the Dragon set or CoKs. With shields and lances to finish them off.
