Honour Guard Squad/Command Squad question
Just a quick question regarding the Honour Guard/Command squad.
Do they work like the old "retinues" or are they independent squads that don't have to be deployed with the Chapter Master/Captain?
Oh, and can you take hellfire rounds with a combi-bolter?

Well if Cassius's Combi-Flamer is anything to go by you can, as his has hellfire rounds. Although it could just be for him and him alone, but I shall play as if all combi weapons can take Hellfire rounds untill a FAQ says otherwise.

Per the description on Combi-Weapons on page 97 of the new SM codex, any combi-weapon counts as a bolter with the option of using the extra weapon instead of a consistent discharge of bolter rounds. As the description for a boltgun (on the same page) also states that it is referred to as a bolter, I see no problem with using the Hellfire Rounds when firing the combi-weapon as a bolter.
