Ok, got the new book. I see upgrades for witch elves but can't figure out how to pay for them. I'm not seeing it in the list section.

You can only upgrade Death Hags and their point upgrade list is under their entry in the Hero section.
Regular Witch Elves can only be upraded with a magic banner up to 50pts.

Ok, I get it now. Wacky layout but I get it. It's weird because the upgrade is on the we page, but I see it's JUST below the death Hag. Thanks!
