No Khemric Titan and, as someone who has been waiting for them to produce that single model rather than truck loads of ever so slightly different Space Marine shoulder pads and rhino doors, I am somewhat disappointed.

They don't say what slot they occupy. So if I wanted to take a Pagowym, would it be rare/special/something else?

I'd be shocked if they were anything other than rare or external to the categories altogether. But in all honesty, you're probably in the realm of "legal only if your opponent agrees it", which then puts them into the category of "whatever you agree with your opponent".

Despite that fact that Forgeworld is completely legal, WFB playing clubs/players have a greater problem with it than 40k?

Monstrous arcanum monsters tend to be used as scrolls of binding monsters. Which means unless otherwise specified, they come out of special allowance.
